Regional Manager - South Region - Competitive Salary

We are looking to recruit a Regional Manager to support our South Region. The ideal candidate will be located near to the M3/M25/M4.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Community Pharmacy Sector, 3 of which in a leadership capacity
• Understanding of  Pharmacy Clinical governance framework.
• Ability to lead by inspiring and animating teams, especially through change
• Dynamic personality with strong collaborative skills
• Ability to strategize in order to drive results and adapt to any given situation
• Proven track record of sales delivery and cost targets
• Balanced understanding of both financial and operational imperatives
• Good working knowledge of Office 365
• Great communication skills at all levels

What you will be doing

Working as a Regional Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the Pharmacy Managers maximise the commercial performance of their Pharmacies along with adhering to the Clinical governance framework and SOP’s, whilst ensuring a great patient service is delivered at all times.

• To lead, inspire, motivate and engage a regional team to deliver on the Avicenna vision
• To manage all aspects of a P&L
• To work cross functionally to support and drive clinical governance and patient safety agenda.
• To work with the COO and Superintendent’s teams to drive and ensure compliance to contractual, regulatory and professional standards
• To lead change across a regional team
• To identify local growth and efficiencies across a region
• To set out and deliver a forward plan for people and performance
